1. Contestants must be 18 or older to be eligible to win.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. Employees of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC or their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

4. Employees of other radio stations within the WAXX 104.5 listening area are not eligible to win.

5. Contest Dates are April 7th-June 6, 2008 excluding Memorial day.

6. These dates are subject to change and this contest period may be reduced or extended without prior notice.

7. To win the CASH portion of the contest, contestants must listen to WAXX 104.5 at 8:12 am weekdays and be the 12th caller at (715) 835-9299 or 1-800-929-9104 when solicited.

8. On Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday-Winners will win $ 100. On Thursdays, $ 1000 is awarded.

9. Cash winners can win $ 100 once during the contest period and $ 1000 once during the contest period.

10. All cash winners will be required to submit a completed, accurate and signed prize winner verification form before prizes are awarded to them.

11. All cash and Country Jam USA Ticket winners are responsible for paying taxes on the prizes they receive.

12. To win the  CARRIE portion of the contest, winners must listen each weekdays at 8:12 am to earn the song of the day. When that song plays later in the day, they must be the 12th caller at (715) 835-9299 or 1-800-929-9104 to win a pair of three day tickets to Country Jam USA. Winners can win just one pair of Country Jam USA tickets during the contest period.

13. WAXX 104.5 and Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC is not responsible for telephone difficulties during the

course of the contest, including but not limited to--busy phone lines or disconnections.

14.  WAXX 104.5 and Maverick Media of Eau Claire are not responsible if an act of God or other unforseen circumstances force the curtailment, cancellation or interuption of this contest.
