WAXX 104.5/ JAMMIN JUKEBOX – JAMMIN’ BIG DEAL 2008

OFFICIAL RULES

1.  Contestants must be 21 or older to play.No Purchase is Necessary to Play.

2.  One Play per contestant per event

3.  Employees of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC or their immediate families are not eligible to play. Employees of Country Jam USA and their immedioate families are not eligible to play. Employees of participating sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate at specific Jammin Jukebox events held at sponsor locations. Employees of other radio stations within the WAXX 104.5 listening area are not eligible to win.

4.  Contest period is from April 19-July 11, 2008.

5.  A series of Jammin Jukebox events will be held at sponsor locations. There are three ways a player  can get registered to play  1.) enter via todayswaxx1045.com and be contacted to be a contestant. 2.) register at selected sponsor locations and be contacted to be a contestant. 3.) Appear at a Jammin Jukebox event and be randomly selected from the crowd at the event.

6.  To Play the Jammin Jukebox contest, contestants will be asked

To randomly select a 4 digit number from a box of numbers  and input the number that is drawn into the Jukebox. The message that plays when the # is entered will indicate what prize the contestant has won.

7.  Only Numbers in the following sequences will work in the Jammin Jukebox: 1101-1125,1201-1225,1301-1325,1401-1425,1501-1525,1601-1625,1701-1725,1801-1825

8.  At each event,various prizes will be awarded including:

Jam Tickets, Jam Cash (good for use toward Jam Tickets, Camping and Ticket Upgrades) Sponsor prizes.

9.  At Each event, Between 40-70 finalists will be selected as GRAND PRIZE finalists. They will be instructed to listen to Today’s WAXX 104.5 at 8:30 am on the Monday Morning following a JAMMIN JUKEBOX event. When the contestant hears their name,they will have 30 minutes to call 1-800-929-9104 or (715)835-WAXX to confirm they are THE WINNER. Each Monday’s Contestant will then appear on stage to play the Jammin Jukebox at COUNTRY JAM USA on Saturday July 19,2008. If a contestant appears on stage at COUNTRY JAM USA they are guaranteed of winning one of the Grand Prizes—Which Grand Prize they win will be determined when they play the contest on stage July 19.

10. At each event, Up to 3 CONCERT COUCH winners will be selected with the Jammin Jukebox Contest. They will win one day tickets to COUNTRY JAM USA and they will sit on stage in the Ashley Furniture Concert Couch for one of the act’s performances at the Jam. Which act these contestants will sit on stage with will be determined at a later date with a separate event. All CONCERT COUCH winners will be notified prior to this event.

11.  There are 7 JAMMIN BIG DEAL Grand Prize Packages :

                A). A room full of Furniture worth $ 5000 provided by Ashley Furniture Home Store.

                B.) A 42 Inch Samsung Plasma HDTV provided by FS Appliance and TV

Valued at approximately $ 1500

                C).  A pair of VIP tickets for 2009  valued at $ 1000

                D). The Jammin Jukebox Itself from Stansfield Vending Game Room Store and cd’s to go in the Jukebox provided by Today’s WAXX 104.5—Approximate value $ 1500

                E) Groceries for the rest of the year (after July 19,2008)--$ 50 per week for each week—provided by Festival Foods: $1300

                F). A Backyard Barbecue Party provided by Festival Foods and hosted by WAXX 104.5 on air personalities and 2 tickets to a Green Bay game and tickets for 2 to a Lambeau Field Atrium Party,provided by Festival Foods—Estimated Value: $ 500
               G) Reserved Seats for 4 for Jam 2009--Estimated Value $ 500

12.  In the event of a Jammin Jukebox Malfuction at an event, The Manifest of what prize is attributed to each # on the Jammin Jukebox will be consulted. The decisions of Jammin Jukebox judges are final.

13.  Contestants will be responsible for all licenses and fees connected with winning A Grand Prize and will required to complete a prize Winner Verification form including valid legal i.d. and social security number.

14.  Maverick Media of Eau Claire, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time and reserves the right to modify the official rules of this contest at any time.

15.  Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC  is not responsible if an act of God or other circumstances  beyond Maverick Media’s control  force the cancellation or postponement of  Jammin Jukebox events or Country Jam USA itself (or portions thereof).
