OFFICIAL RULES 2008
1. No Purchase Necessary.
2. Must be 21 or older to win for all artists with the exception of
Taylor Swift when MONSTER Energy Drink will be the featured
Sponsor and contestants must be 16 or older to win.
3. Employees of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Employees of FESTIVAL FOODS,Park Ridge Distrubuting, S and S Distributing, Country Jam USA or any other sponsors/ vendors directly involved in the execution of this contest are not eligible to win. Employees of other radio stations within the WAXX 104.5 listening area are not eligible to win.
4. The contest begins Thursday May 15,2008 and extends through at least July 10,2008.
5. The Contest is played as follows:
A)Listeners will be invited to visit the Budweiser Displays in FESTIVAL FOODS stores in Eau Claire and Marshfield to register to win. Registration may be limited to liquor department hours of operation at each store.Entry boxes will be emptied out following the drawing for each week of the contest and New entries will then be accepted.
B) Every Thursday Morning beginning May 22,one winner will be randomly selected from the entries received at both stores and that winner’s name will be announced on WAXX 104.5 and the winner will be awarded a pair of one day tickets to Country Jam USA and backstage passes for 2 to meet the featured artist of the week, at Country Jam USA July 17-19,2008.
6. Additional contests for additional prizes may be added at any time during the course of the contest period.
7. All meet and greet winners will be asked to pick up their meet and greet passes on the day of the concert they have won the passes for, at the WAXX 104.5 broadcast center, on the grounds at Country Jam USA.
8. All winners will be required to submit a completed and signed prize winner verification for.including photo i.d. and valid social security number,prior to winning prizes.
9.Tickets and Backstage passes can not be resold and are only transferable upon the express permission of WAXX 104.5 and Country Jam USA.
10. Backstage passes can be revoked for unacceptable behavior during the meet and greet session.
11.WAXX 104.5 ,Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and the above mentioned co-sponsors have the right to use winners names, comments and likenesses in promotional advertising at no cost to the above mentioned sponsors or winners, now or ever.
12. WAXX 104.5, Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and the above mentioned sponsors are not responsible for any unreadable or lost entries that may occur during the play of this contest.
13.WAXX 104.5,Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC reserve the right to cancel or modify this contest and the official rules of this contest at any time without prior notice.
14. Because this contest involves the awarding of backstage passes which are ultimately in the control of artists and their management, WAXX 104.5 and Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC are not responsible in the event meet and greet sessions or Country Jam USA performances are cancelled,postponed or curtailed early due to circumstances beyond the control of WAXX 104.5 and Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC. In the event of a backstage meet and greet cancellation, WAXX 104.5 and Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC will worth with Country Jam USA to the best of their abilities to provide a replacement
