Hey! It's Katie and I am beyond excited for the future of "George & Katie in the Morning" on Waxx! In August I will be moving to Nashville, a.k.a Music City, and doing my half of the morning show live every day from my studio there. George will still be here in Eau Claire. This is an amazing opportunity that we are so excited about. This type of radio has never been done before! I can't wait to bring Music City to you each morning. You will still hear the George & Katie you already know (& Love!)talking about the Chippewa Valley and life here in Wisconsin, but with more country! My goal is to bring a little bit of Nashville to you by interviewing your favorite country stars, taking LOTS of photos, going to artist number 1 parties, shooting video blogs, and basically being your direct link to country music. I will be back to see you plenty of times throughout the year so that'll be cool too. Thank you for all your support over the years. Without it, I wouldn't be able to do this. WAXX has an outstanding reputation and I promise to do you proud in Nashville! We hope that you are as excited as we are about my move to Nashville. Keep listening!!
